Tickets:
The deadline to purchase your prom ticket is April 12th. Tickets will be delivered April 22nd - April 24th during 1st and 2nd periods. Early Grads may pick up their tickets in the front office those days.
Entrance into the Fairgrounds:
Guests will enter from Marion Street at Gate 6. This is the gate across from CCC at LeGrand. We have hired a 3rd officer to help direct traffic and prevent foot traffic. (No student may cross the road to enter Prom). This will be a one way traffic pattern that will make a circle.
As you enter, you will go to the Shriners booth: look for a worker to direct you left. Turn left for drop off, then turn right and go by the permanent food vendor spots, continue straight and you will park on asphalt in the Midway of the fairgrounds. This is ALL paved, and you will not be in grass or mud. As you exit you will follow the circle around to leave the fairgrounds.
Entrance into the Prom:
Please bring your ticket to enter the prom. Once you enter prom there will be no re-entry upon leaving.
Bringing an outside guest?
You and your guest must enter at the same time, and your guest must have a photo ID. You may have a picture of the ID on your phone instead of the physical ID. You are responsible for your guest’s behavior while at the Prom.
Prom KING and QUEEN:
Initial voting for Prom King and Queen will occur via Google Form from April 15th - April 19th. Any Senior eligible to attend Prom is eligible to run unless they hold another title such as Homecoming Queen, Winterfest Queen, or Miss BHS.
Upon your arrival at Prom, you will receive a ballot with the TOP 5 KING and QUEEN vote receivers. You will cast your final vote there!
